For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion to help others to reach their full potential. A deep embedded belief that each and every one of us has the ability to live the life that we have always dreamed of. From reading book after book on how to motivate and inspire other I have always enjoyed taking the time to stop and talk with others about the various issues in their lives. I have always felt most fulfilled by providing others with that little something extra required to help them stay focused on reaching their goals.

It was this curiosity and drive that led me to study psychology. First at UNC-Charlotte where I received a B.S. in Psychology and then at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where I received my M.Ed in Counseling Psychology. Over the past eight years I have worked in the corporate sector. I have also counseled clients and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of North Carolina. In addition I am a professionally trained coach from Coach University. I also serve on the board for the International Coaching Federation’s local Charlotte Chapter.

When I am not helping others to reach their full potential my journey usually leads me to experiences that feed me soul. Spending time with family and friends, sneaking away with a good book, catching a great flick, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, and completing a grueling work out are a few of my favorite things. My greatest passion is to travel and explore. From zipping through the jungles of Costa Rica to exploring the streets of Hong Kong I am most energized when I am traveling to other countries and learning about other cultures.
